Hi Steve, I knew you would like this idea. While it does require an investment to purchase the Flips, it seems to be a small price to pay to build a tighter client relationship that extends far beyond the closing table. Let me know when you implement this idea!

Bobby, what a great idea. I use my flip with buyers all the time and they appreciate the videos and are amazed at the camera. Time for me to get Leslie to work on a skin.
