Do you ever feel you were made for something and each time you get to do it, you can’t wait to do it again? I love teaching! I love training people! It’s in me to motivate and inspire people! To make that work, it means hours of reading and learning. How can a teacher teach if they aren’t first a student at heart!

Speaking at The Crystal Coast!

Learning is my passion and I’m so excited at the prospect of meeting and sharing at real estate conferences and events. In fact, I’ve been asked to speak to the local chapter of the Crystal Coast of NCWomen’s Council of REALTORS® on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina! I want to offer my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Kathryn V. Gorham for this wonderful opportunity. Kathryn is the 2010 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® for the Crystal Coast Chapter and I’m so pumped at the chance to spend some quality time with this outstanding organization. The Presentation Topic? Marketing to Women Buyers, Do You Leverage The Right Online Marketing Tools?

More precisely, Kathryn has requested that I speak on the topic “I am Woman Hear Me Roar” – Marketing to Women Buyers and ever increasing segment in our market place.

I’m a true “meat and potatoes” kind of guy, so here is a brief summary of some of the tools you and the members might want to leverage to encourage opportunity in your respected target markets. The tools I’ll highlight briefly include:

1.    The “hub” of your online presence: your real estate website and your blog. Do these tools provide the answers to the questions female homebuyers are asking when they arrive on your “hub”?
2.    Not ready to devote huge chunks of time to write a blog? Blogging made easy – The 5 minute blog post women love to read and agents love to write!
3.    Facebook! The single largest social networking site for women. Are you using your personal profile to “listen” for “social triggers” from your friends? How do you respond to these social triggers? Hard sale or soft sale?
4.    Facebook Fan Pages – the FREE website in a website! What’s the best strategy to attract women prospects and encourage them to be “your fan”?
